Inspired by Cynthia's health journey, she combined self-taught cooking skills with culinary finesse honed as a top-9 contestant on MasterChef Indonesia's first season. Cynthia further fortified her expertise with a nutrition science course at the Stanford Center for Health Education.

In August 2021, PLUSA Meals came to life with the primary concept of crafting authentic cuisine exclusively from plants. The goal was to offer an option for individuals looking to balance their dietary choices and seamlessly integrate plant-based meat substitutions into their daily meals.
